The first edition of the ATB Welding Academy is proceeding successfully: here are our young technicians, flanked by ATB expert technicians, dealing with manual welding and cutting-edge welding robots.
The training path undertaken has allowed Adama, Alex, El Mehdi, Fahd, Lorenzo, Saidou, Sonny, Tiziano, Victor to acquire important technical skills, and will allow ATB to introduce new operators to the company.
The ATB Welding Academy was born with the aim of training the new generation of welders, transferring to them the specific skills and its industrial culture of ATB Riva Calzoni Spa: the achievement of these important results through the first edition and the quality shown by the young people involved pushes us to replicate this important initiative in the coming months, the participation of which is totally free! At ATB we value people and their abilities!
